Responsibilities

  • Design attractive and user-friendly visual elements for our website, including banners, product visuals, landing pages, and promotional graphics.

  • Create marketing materials for different channels, including social media, email campaigns, paid advertisements, and seasonal promotions.

  • Improve the customer experience through thoughtful, high-quality visual design.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and translate them into engaging visual content.

  • Maintain consistency across all brand visuals and ensure that every design reflects the identity of Michael-Sarah Ottawa.

  • Prepare graphics for product launches, campaigns, newsletters, and online advertisements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within e-commerce, fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands.

  • Strong knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar software.

  • A strong sense of aesthetics, typography, colour, composition, and detail.

  • Ability to work with deadlines in a fast-moving online retail environment.

  • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different teams.

  • A portfolio showing previous design work, preferably including e-commerce or fashion-related projects.
